Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) creates anxiety. This anxiety then creates inaction and lack of decisions. Allowing the anxiety about missing out or not being able to really participate in something will hold you back from living a full life, as ironic as this may seem. It will also compromise your true self.
Instead shift your focus on making decisions that really resonate with your True Self and what you need to do that’s in alignment of this.
