About C&R Self Coach

Sarina is a fearless world traveler and has explored twenty-five countries on five continents, so far. Her first flight was when she was 23 years old, solo to visit friends in Southern California.

She’s addicted to being placed out of her comfort zone, and thrives on this high of an adventurous lifestyle. Lands where the language and the way of living are foreign, such as Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, Turkey, Peru, Tanzania, and Zanzibar Islands. Whether they’re stepping into the gym or onto the ledge of a volcano crater, Sarina wants to inspire single and divorced ladies to LIVE their adventurous life, right now!

Sarina Tomel is the founder of Courageous & Remarkable Self (C&R Self). She writes and teaches strategies for how to take risks, live more intentionally, and travel the world fearlessly. She leads meditations that support her clients and students moving through resistance, releasing stress, frustrations, anger, fears, limiting beliefs, and expanding one’s fierce-powerful-loving presence.

Sarina specializes in mindfulness practices and programs for corporations and individuals. In corporations, Sarina focuses on how to elevate engagement and empowerment with associates and create a cultural mindset shift. She has successfully facilitated a progressive Mindfulness/Engagement activity at a work off-site function for 400 associates. On other occasions, she’s led small group mindfulness/meditation workshops, which includes kicking off the strategy off-site session for the Site Head and Senior Site Leaders who had very minimal exposure with meditation. Through coaching and mindfulness practices, Sarina partners with her clients to elevate areas of engagement, empowerment, accountability, communication, courageously speaking up, taking risks, and setting boundaries.
