Manifesting or attracting what you desire into your life can be really simple. With only a few steps to implement you can bring desired opportunities and outcomes into your life. However, so many of us, including myself at times can get caught up in Obsessing rather than truly Manifesting. Could this be you?
Obsessive thinking doesn’t manifest what you want in your life. It actually creates anxiety and only delays the desired outcome. It keeps you from being present in the moment and from moving forward. It’s somewhat embarrassing to admit this, but I can spend hours and sometimes days obsessing over things before making a decision or taking action or refocusing and moving on. Trying to figure out the best approach. Trying to control when and how it comes into my life. Obsessive thinking is a detour where time isn’t on your side, but rather it only feels that way.
So let me share the Secret to Manifesting, which I have become quite familiar with through studying and practicing it over the years. The Law of Attraction or Manifesting is based on how your thoughts and feelings become your actions and then your reality. I have literally manifested and attracted many opportunities into my life – such as college scholarships, career/promotions, relationships, success, my home, travel adventures.
Here are the 5 Steps on how to Manifest positive outcomes in your life!
■ Visualize the desired outcome. (Visualize it)
■ Get into the feeling of that moment. (Feel it)
■ Feel convinced and that you truly believe it will happen. (Conviction)
■ Shift your thoughts and energy so they’re in alignment with your actions. (Alignment)
■ Continuously coming from an abundant and grateful place. (Attraction factor)
Again, know that being convinced and trusting it will happen is not the same and not to be confused with Obsessing over it every day all day long!
It’s when you’re able to set the intention, take the right actions, trust it, and then step away from it, is when it will happen in the right divine time. Know that the Universe is on your side. So just trust this and let the Universe support you. Come from this place and shift your life entirely!
Here’s what you’ll feel and experience when you transition your energy and focus from Obsessing to the Manifesting mindset.
Less obsessing and More trusting.
Learning how to Trust and follow your Intuition.
Then taking the right actions.
Less obsessing and More flowing.
More flowing and less stress.
More focus and living in the moment.
Less is more. Less is more.
Feeling Harmony within yourself and in your life.
Knowing when it’s enough and when it’s time to make a decision.
Knowing when it’s time to refocus on what’s most important.
Knowing when it’s time to move on.
Balance it. Balance it.
Becoming less concerned with something going wrong and all the what ifs.
Feeling Empowered and Liberated. Being true to your Authentic self.
Living with more intention and clarity!
Creating the Life you Desire! Namaste!

This article truly inspired me and was very personally relevant to my situation. I recently encountered a situation where my typical personality would have led me to obsess over achieving my desired outcome and I would have let my thoughts consume me and influence my behavior. Instead I took a step back and put just enough thought (visualizing and feeling it) to get it out there in the universe, while simultaneously having conviction, yet without a sense of entitlement. The universe was on my side and things went the direction I was hoping for, yet I was truly not attached to the outcome, just hopeful of it. What less stress and anxiety I felt, as a result. Highly recommend this concept.
