Even after going through a series of colonics appointments, adapting a more clean living lifestyle (mostly vegan foods and green juicing), I was still having some digestive issues. Though no longer dependent on coffee to help me take care of my morning business in the bathroom. Rather hot lemon water and green juice was all I needed. For someone like me with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), this was a huge triumph!

However, it wasn’t until my colonics practitioner suggested that I get tested for food allergies, that I seriously considered this further. It was time to get to the bottom of this. Previously, I had shared the approach of Becoming a Force to be Reckoned with! At this time, I have a few more life-changing, create a revolution resources/books to share you! So much abundance available to us when we are open to receiving. This is the first year I’ve read so many books for leisure/development purposes, as opposed to academic reasons.

I just can’t stop myself. About a week ago, a box arrived from Amazon with five new books! Why not live every day like its vacation? Experience the simple pleasures in life, embrace happiness in the moment! These thoughts came to me on Day One of my trip in Calgary, Alberta, while I enjoyed a delish, healthy vegan lunch (yellow split pea veggie burger with beet hemp seed green salad, veggie chips and hummus) on a balcony overlooking the distant mountains.

Here I was, on the west coast of Canada in Calgary visiting Jessica, a dear friend and roommate from my SE Asia GAdventures tour. Remember that once-in-a-lifetime trip?! Just when I’m feeling confident and reconnected to who I am and what I bring to a relationship, I then start to get some anxiety. I don’t understand because I’ve released the need to be too attached to the outcome and getting too far ahead of myself. Somehow, that doesn’t matter, because the stakes are higher this time. I’m starting to feel emotionally invested in this relationship and everything changes.

I’m worried about messing it up and making the same mistakes I’ve made in my past relationships. I’m worried about if I match the criteria on his checklist for a life partner.
